Amy & Matt and myself bonded over sustainable living in a coffee shop in Cronulla. I was so excited to create the florals for their wedding day and it is one of my most inspired weddings of 2021. I used floral frogs in cream ceramic bowls to create super organic looking arrangements, which I like to refer to as 'mini botanical worlds'. They were filled with local blooms, dried weeds I had foraged a year before (it takes this long for them to turn a golden colour) and my favourite autumn foliage, coral berry.
Amy's bouquet had more colour and lushness to it, to blend with the gold 'cloud stands' for their ceremony.
I loved getting to know these two!
